1. Business owners subscribe (See Subscription Fee) to a square where they can put an image specifically resized to measure 50px x 50px. 2. Each image is hyperlinked, allowing visitors to view more details about the business featured in a certain square. The hyperlink target depends on the subscribers, but can be any of the following: a. goes to a company website c. goes to a webpage showing a full-size version of the square b. invokes email sending c. goes to a listing on www.bicolsources.com 3. Subscribers are at liberty to choose which square they desire, provided it is vacant. 4. More than one square may be subscribed to but in no case should the additional squares be adjacent to the first or other squares. 5. Subscription is annual (See Subscription Fee).
